The Firm was established on the 1st January 1985 as a result of a de-merger of former Studio Avv. Ercole Graziadei . The founders of the Firm have all been partners or associates of Studio Avv. Ercole Graziadei.
From 1 st January 2001 the name of the firm is “Biolato Longo Ridola & Mori” or “BLR&M”. Since the date of its establishment, the Firm has been active in all areas of civil law and particularly in mergers and acquisitions, banking, all aspects of commercial and corporate law, shipping, pharmaceutical and food law, labour, real estate, intellectual property, inheritance and tax law.
The Firm enjoys good relations with most of major international law firms in Europe, the U.S. and Canada , as well as Latin America but has so far been acting independently without favouring any preference or exclusive relationship with any of them.
